The staff was very hospitable esp. Guillermo, he was very and accomodating. The location was perfect, and it was an awesome stay I say.

What I most liked about the place is that it has a vintage style or to day it in other words: 'it was a 70', 80' hotel with it's 70's, 80's deco. I loved it. The place was ultra tranquil. I loved it.

The location was perfect, to move around museums, touristic places just walking, shopping centers nearby. 2 train stations with facilities to move around. breakfast was offer in the nearby place, very goo.d

It was in the center of madrid, easy access and all the places in the center is just there🫶🏻

The location is perfect! It is clean and tidy. The personnel was nice and polite but didn't find a solution to the problem with the temperature in the room.
